Integrating Pressure Washers into Mobile Equipment

The first image that comes to mind when thinking of pressure washers is the small electric or gas pressure washer used for cleaning driveways and walls. While that application is still one of the largest by volume, pressure washers come in a variety of types, pressure ratings and volumes depending on use.
One such example is a high-pressure pump with an integrated hydraulic motor. Canpump has various options with flow rates ranging from 2-9 US gallons/minute and producing up to 3000 psi of pressure.
Applications
Hydraulic pumps are generally more compact than electric or diesel-powered alternatives, which makes them easier to install and integrate into equipment with space constraints.
Because hydraulic systems can utilize onboard hydraulic circuits for power, they are perfectly suited for integration into mobile machinery such as construction equipment, agricultural vehicles, and mining machines.
A client of Canpump integrates these pumps alongside a hot water wire-braided hose, high-pressure hose reel and high-pressure spray gun & wand assembly into their grout mixing stations. Another client integrates them into their volumetric concrete mixers.
Canpump high-pressure pumps with hydraulic motors come fitted with a new sealing system for longer life and efficiency. The pump features a brass head, a crankshaft with premium oversized ball bearings, and valve caps fitted with a new sealing system designed for high pressure and to prevent accidental over-pressure.
