Shipping

Free Shipping is available for products in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all other offshore insular areas) on a minimum purchase of US$80. Note that free shipping does not apply for hoses, oversized items and products that require freight shipping. Freight items can only be shipped within the contiguous US. We ship most items from our fulfillment center in Phoenix, AZ and some smaller items from our other fulfillment center in Toronto, Canada. We have the ability to ship to many global addresses, fees may vary.

Non-LTL freight orders usually ship within 24-48 hours of the order. Delivery times will depend on the shipping provider and service you select. FedEx is our primary parcel carrier, and we use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments. LTL freight orders take up to 3 business days to be shipped.

Orders placed after 12 PM ET are usually processed next business day (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Deliveries occur on weekdays. Orders of significant value may require a signature upon delivery.

We strive hard to provide our customers with a positive experience. It is our goal to ship in a timely manner with properly packaged goods. However, in cases that carriers deem weather or acts of God as reasons for exceptions or delays we will not be able to provide refunds for shipments that are delayed by these reasons.

Shipping outside the contiguous United States

We are a global shipper. Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict accurately what they may be.

In some parts of the world, countries have now mandated rules around collecting importer information prior to release. The tracking information will often request a receiver to contact the carrier to provide the information. We do not want to collect any more personal information than is needed to process an order. We ask that if you are shipping internationally that you check the tracking number from time to time and make contact with your carrier if additional information is necessary for delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges that are related to shipments that fail to meet compliance with local laws.

Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office for accurate information. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use or installation. Pressure washers, motors and pumps are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We will accept your return if you pay for the return shipping and restocking fee (10%, if applicable). Shipping cost on the original order will be deducted from the refund, if applicable

Please make certain to send your return via prepaid courier and use a service that employs a tracking number system. Make sure to enclose a copy of your order number, full name and email. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
